Fleur de Lis Round
One of my favorite things to do in designing is to mix gold and silver. The wonderful round scalloped edges accent the Fleur De Lis beautifully!
The brass Fleur de Lis on the silver plate filigree is elegant. Placing on the silver backing enhances the design, placing it on the gold backing enriches it.

Lion Badge
This lion head is about 1" high and 1/2" deep. So it sticks out like it's going to jump! It is amazing in its detail from the eyes to the teeth. I love this lion.

Dad Wolf
It is the one piece I have that I molded from clay and had a pewtersmith make a mold to duplicate it. The pieces I have right now were created for me by Sheldon Pewter.
I call this "Dad Wolf" because I designed it when my Dad was very ill and I was taking care of him. I worked hard on the clay figure, unsure as to how to make it look right and then how to make it into metal. I had to remind myself, "One step at a time, Deanna!" When I got the clay finished, I let it dry and placed it in a box and took it to show my Dad. My Dad was a long time Entertainer/Musician/Joke Teller, being the leader of his own band and he was working hard at staying strong to be able to get back on stage that summer.
I handed him the box to show him, I was very proud of how it turned out. He carefully took the wolf out looking at it and then, in typical Dad style, pretended to drop it! My eyes must have popped out of my head because he laughed and laughed! His hands were very large and nothing would get past them. LOL
So it's with pride and some tears, as I miss a great man, I offer this beautiful pewter piece for you to wear. I'm sure you'll feel the energy that this piece has. Wear it with pride, be sure to have fun, have an Ale and maybe even play a harmless joke... I'm sure my Dad will laugh as he watches from above.
