This is a Brown Creeper/Tree Creeper. I had never seen one before 4/2016. Reminded me of an open Oreo cookie! He moves oddly, hopping up and down the tree searching for bugs. They nest behind the loosened bark of trees.

This, I believe is the same one from 2016, it has become more at home and not as flighty when other birds come around. You can see the Titmouse and Juncos in the background.
